By downloading, installing, or using Notary Profit Calculator ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service with LNR Consulting Services LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding contract.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Description of Service
Notary Profit Calculator is a productivity application designed exclusively for personal use by notary signing professionals to estimate job profitability. Features available vary by plan:
- Free (no cost) — Calculator, zip code mileage, MPG database, printing costs
- Pro ($4.99/month) — Job history, statistics, auto gas price, IRS tax estimator

ALL CALCULATIONS, FIGURES, AND RESULTS PROVIDED BY THIS APP ARE ESTIMATES FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, TAX, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of gas prices, mileage calculations, travel time estimates, vehicle MPG figures, printing costs, or any other calculation. Users must independently verify all results before making any business decisions.
The IRS tax estimator (15.3%) is a general approximation. Consult a qualified tax professional for accurate advice specific to your situation.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Section 05
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LNR CONSULTING SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
The Company's total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10.00 USD.
Section 06
Subscriptions, Payments & No Refund Policy
Free Plan: The Free plan is available at no cost and includes the core calculator, zip code mileage, MPG database, and printing cost features.
No Refund Policy: ALL PAID SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
- Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically every month
- To cancel, contact us or manage your subscription through your Stripe billing portal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months, unused features, or plan changes
- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
- Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account termination
Section 07
License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial notary business purposes only.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App. You may not use the App to develop a competing product.
Section 08
User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. One account per user is permitted.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the App, compliance with all notary laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and maintaining your professional licenses and certifications.
Section 09
Data, Privacy & Security
The Free plan can be used without an account — no data is collected or stored in this case. When you sign in and upgrade to Pro, we collect account information (via Google Sign-In), user-entered job data, earnings records, and anonymized usage analytics. Data is stored securely via Google Firebase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Upon subscription cancellation, cloud data is retained for 90 days then may be deleted
- Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
- You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us in writing
- In the event of a company acquisition, data may be transferred to the acquiring entity
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Geographic restriction: This App is intended for use in the United States only. Users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland should not use this App.
Section 10
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, algorithms, trademarks, and features of the App are owned by LNR Consulting Services LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
User-entered data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the App's services to you.
Section 11
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LNR Consulting Services LLC and its members, officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any business decision made based on App calculations.
Section 12
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN SHERIDAN COUNTY, WYOMING, ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING. CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR.
Before arbitration, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us in writing at the address in Section 14. We will respond within 30 days.
Section 13
Governing Law & Modifications
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
