All appointments must be confirmed before booking. Once we have coordinated the date, time, location, and type of document to be notarized, a secure Stripe payment link will be sent for the travel fee — which must be paid in advance before I depart.
Notarial fees are paid in person at the time of service. The fee depends on the type of service: $10 per notarial act for in-person mobile notarizations (exact cash only), and $25 per notarial act for Remote Online Notarization (RON) and eNotary sessions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and LNR Consulting Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company"), effective as of the date you submit a booking request or engage the Company's services. By submitting a booking request, checking the acceptance box, or receiving services, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. The Client expressly acknowledges that services are provided by LNR Consulting Services LLC and not by Luciana Noelia Repetto in her personal or individual capacity.
LNR Consulting Services LLC provides professional notarial services including, but not limited to: mobile notarization, Remote Online Notarization (RON), Electronic Notarization (eNotary), and loan signing services. All services are performed by a commissioned Michigan Notary Public acting strictly as an impartial witness to the execution and signing of documents. The Company does not practice law, provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or represent any party in any legal proceeding. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an attorney-client relationship.
(a) Service fees and any agreed extras must be paid in full in advance via Stripe (credit/debit card) at the time of booking, prior to the notary's departure. Service will not commence until advance payment is confirmed. (b) Notarial fees are payable at the time of service: $10.00 USD per notarial act for in-person mobile notarizations (exact cash only, no change provided), and $25.00 USD per notarial act for Remote Online Notarization (RON) and eNotary sessions. (c) All fees are non-negotiable and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Applicable fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.
(a) Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: full refund of all advance payments, less any non-recoverable Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), which are retained by the payment processor and cannot be returned. (b) Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice: 100% of advance payments (travel fee + extras) are forfeited and non-refundable. Notarial fees ($10 mobile / $25 RON-eNotary) are excluded as they are collected at the time of service. (c) No-show: if the Client or signer is not present at the agreed location and time without prior notice, 100% of advance payments are forfeited. A new booking and new advance payment will be required to reschedule. (d) Company cancellation: in the event the Company must cancel, a full refund of all advance payments will be issued without exception, less any non-recoverable Stripe processing fees.
A 15-minute courtesy window is included at no additional charge. After the 15-minute grace period, a wait time fee of $1.00 USD per minute will be applied and added to the total amount due at the time of service. Excessive wait times beyond 30 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment at the Company's discretion, in which case the no-show policy outlined in Section 4(c) will apply.
All signers must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification at the time of service (e.g., driver's license, passport, state ID). If valid identification is not presented, the notarial act will not be performed, the appointment will be deemed a no-show, and all advance payments will be forfeited per Section 4(c). The Company reserves the right to refuse service if identification does not meet applicable legal standards.
LNR Consulting Services LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, decline, or discontinue any notarial service at any time, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the signer appears to be under duress, coercion, or lacks the mental capacity to execute the document; (b) the document appears fraudulent, incomplete, or legally deficient; (c) the signer cannot provide satisfactory identification; (d) the requested act would violate Michigan law, the Notary Public Act, or any applicable statute or regulation; or (e) the environment or circumstances pose a safety concern to the notary. In such cases, advance payments will be refunded at the Company's discretion based on the circumstances.
LNR Consulting Services LLC treats all client information and document contents with strict confidentiality. The Company will not disclose, share, or sell any personal information or document details to third parties, except as required by law, court order, or applicable regulatory authority. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of this Agreement. Clients acknowledge that the notary journal maintained by the Company is a legal record and may be subject to subpoena or legal process.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LNR CONSULTING SERVICES LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED. The Company's total aggregate liability to the Client for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Client agrees that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between the parties.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LNR Consulting Services LLC, its members, officers, employees, and authorized representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the Client's misrepresentation of information provided at the time of booking; (b) the Client's use of notarized documents for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes; or (c) any breach of this Agreement by the Client.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan. The Client hereby consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waives any objection to venue.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of May 1, 2026. LNR Consulting Services LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of the Company's services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms prior to each booking.
